Fay/Fai:-
Fay in Arabic is booty obtained from the infidels.
According to Muhammad ibn Tahir, fai' is booty taken from a country which submits to Islam without resistence, as distinguished from ghanimah, or plunder. The Khalifah 'Umar said "…it was the special privilege of the Prophet to take booty as well as plunder, a privilege not permitted to any other prophet…"
***This is true since no Hebrew prophet would have found doing such a thing as either moral or divinely inspired ***
When Muhammad 'conquered' a town, a village or a tribe WITHOUT fighting, all the spoils/plunder/booty belonged to him PERSONALLY to dispose of as he wished, sanctioned of course, by Allah. He invariably used these ill begotten wealth to bribe and intice others into his new 'religion'.

A son of Adi ibn Adi al-Kindi said that Umar ibn AbdulAziz wrote (to his governors): If anyone asks about the places where spoils (fay') should be spent, that should be done in accordance with the decision made by Umar ibn al-Khattab (Allah be pleased with him). The believers considered him to be just, according to the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): Allah has placed truth upon Umar's tongue and heart. He fixed stipends for Muslims, and provided protection for the people of other religions by levying jizyah (poll-tax) on them, deducting no fifth from it, nor taking it as booty.
***The Jizyah (Poll-Tax) was of course levied on the conquered peoples in their own land as PROTECTION MONEY for defending them AGAINST WHOM? This was purely a MAFIA type protection money***
Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 3008 Narrated byBashir ibn Yasar
When Allah bestowed Khaybar on the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) as fay' (spoils of war without fighting), he divided the whole into thirty six lots. He put aside a half, i.e. eighteen lots, for the Muslims. Each lot comprised one hundred shares, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) was with them. He received a share like the share of one of them. The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) separated eighteen lots, that is, half, for his future needs and whatever befell the Muslims. These were al-Watih, al-Kutaybah, as-Salalim and their colleagues. When all this property came in the possession of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and of the Muslims, they did not have sufficient labourers to work on it. The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) called Jews and employed them on contract.
*** The assertion that Khaybar was conquered without fighting goes against the written history of the Arabs and contradicts logic, since one cannot conquer another people without fighting.
After Muhammad having plundered, murdered many and dispossessed the Jews, he made them work their own land and share 50% of the produce with him ***
Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 3407 Narrated byJabir ibn Abdullah
When Allah bestowed Khaybar on His Prophet (peace be upon him) as fay' (as a result of conquest without fighting), the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) allowed (them) to remain there as they were before, and apportioned it between him and them. He then sent Abdullah ibn Rawahah who assessed (the amount of dates) upon them.

When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) appointed anyone as leader of an army or detachment he would especially exhort him to fear Allah and to be good to the Muslims who were with him. He would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in the cause of Allah. Fight against those who do not believe in Allah. Wage a holy war [Jihad] : do not embezzle the spoils, do not break your pledge, do not mutilate (the dead) bodies and do not kill the children. When you meet enemies who are polytheists, invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these, you also accept it and restrain yourself from doing them any harm. Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. Then invite them to migrate from their lands to the land of Muhajirs and inform them that, if they do so, they shall have all the privileges and obligations of the Muhajirs. If they refuse to migrate, tell them that they will have the status of Bedouin Muslims and will be subjected to the Commands of Allah like other Muslims, but they will not receive any share from the spoils of war or Fay' except when they actually fight with the Muslims (against the nonbelievers). If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizyah. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold your hand. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them. When you lay siege to a fort and the besieged appeal to you for protection in the name of Allah and His Prophet, do not accord to them the guarantee of Allah and His Prophet, but accord to them your own guarantee and the guarantee of your companions. It is a lesser sin that the security given by you or your companions be disregarded than that the security granted in the name of Allah and His Prophet be violated. When you besiege a fort and the besieged want you to let them out in accordance with Allah's Command, do not let them come out in accordance with His Command, but do so at your (own) command, for you do not know whether or not you will be able to carry out Allah's behest with regard to them.
*** Muhammadan Islam was and still is about BOOTY, PLUNDER, ENSLAVEMENT, CONQUEST and DESTRUCTION.
Almost every important verse in the Quran and Hadiths exhort the followers of Muhammad to direct their energies entirely for this purpose.
Muhammadan Islam has no concept of salvation or redemption as understood by the Judeo- Christain traditions or even as understood by the Buddhists or Zoroasterians.
It is directed for only one purpose:
